Who are these courses for?
Parents of children ages 3–14, but are adaptable for slightly older or younger kids based on developmental needs.​

Does my child need an ADHD diagnosis?
No, these tools support kids with ADHD, ASD, learning differences, or sensory challenges—any child who struggles with emotional regulation and executive function challenges.​

I’ve tried therapy, parenting books, and other programs. How is this different?
I combine evidence-based OT strategies with real-world parenting tools like specific scripts, co-regulation frameworks, and sensory strategies. I focus not only on self-regulation strategies, but also building critical life-long skills such as flexibility, independence, and resilience. This isn’t just information—it’s transformation.
Is this therapy?
No. This is parent training, not therapy or a clinical service. It’s not reimbursable by insurance. Some HSA/FSA plans may cover coaching—check with your provider.

What is behavioral parent training, and why is it valuable?
Behavioral Parent Training (BPT) is an evidence-based approach that helps reduce disruptive behaviors by teaching parents effective strategies to manage their child's ADHD. Recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics as the first mode of treatment for young children, it supports emotional regulation, executive functioning, and builds a more positive home environment.​

How long until we see results?
Many parents feel a shift in just one module. Some see behavior changes in days; for others, progress builds over a few weeks. The life-long skills learned here will continue to develop over time.​

Is there a deadline to finish the modules?
